Define Your Waist with Targeted Support
The pursuit of a defined waist can often be challenging in everyday life, especially when conventional aids are uncomfortable or create bulk under clothing. Many people seek a solution that is both effective and pleasant to wear, providing support to the midsection and promoting good posture. This waist trainer has been developed to meet these needs.
Stability and Shaping
This waist trainer features 29 steel bones that provide high stability and targeted shaping. The latex material offers firm compression that gently holds the abdominal area and accentuates the waist. The zipper combined with an additional hook-and-eye closure allows for easy putting on and taking off, as well as a personalized fit.
Despite the strong support, the material is designed to remain breathable, preventing uncomfortable sweating. This makes the waist trainer a practical companion that can be worn both during workouts and in daily life under clothing. The construction supports an upright posture and can help visually tighten the abdominal area.
Benefits for Your Posture
- Targeted Compression: The 29 steel bones provide effective shaping of the waist.
- Custom Fit: The zipper and hook-and-eye closure enable a perfect fit.
- Breathable Design: Prevents excessive sweating and ensures comfort.

- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, roughly 20cm below your waistline.
- Shoulder: Measure straight across your back from the edge of one shoulder to the other.
