By placing an order with Shop Velvia, you agree to the shipping terms below. This policy walks you through how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Where We Ship
- We currently ship only within the United States
- Deliveries are handled through our trusted carriers, USPS and FedEx
Order Processing
We begin working on your order the same day it's placed. Standard processing takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Cutoff time: 5:00 PM MST. Orders placed after this time will start processing the following business day.
Shipping Time
Once processed, your order typically arrives within 5–7 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays), depending on your location.
Total Delivery Estimate
From order placement to delivery, expect 6–10 business days total — this combines both processing and shipping time.
A Few Things That Can Affect Delivery
- Holidays — courier schedules may be reduced around public holidays, with normal service resuming shortly after
- Incorrect address details or carrier delays can also push delivery timelines back
Tracking Your Package
You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track My Order page.
Need to Update Your Address?
Our team starts processing orders within 1–3 business days of purchase, so time is limited. If you need to change your delivery address, email us right away at hello@shopvelvia.com with your name and order number.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we can't guarantee an address change.
Cancelling an Order
Changed your mind? You have a 5-minute window after placing your order to cancel for a full refund. After that, your order moves into processing and can no longer be cancelled.
If Your Order Is Running Late
Sometimes delivery takes a bit longer than expected. If your package hasn't shown up within the estimated window, reach out to us and we'll help track it down.
Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us right away. If it was delivered while you weren't available to inspect it, get in touch with our support team and we'll help sort it out.
