The new coat may have a slight factory smell (due to lining and processing). Air it out for 24-48 hours in a fresh environment (not in direct sunlight) – the smell will disappear completely.

Due to packaging and transport, light creases may occur. These can be easily removed:

Hang the coat on a sturdy hanger immediately after unpacking (for at least 24 hours).
For light creases: Lightly mist the areas with a water spray bottle and smooth them gently with your hand.
For stubborn creases: Iron the coat on a low temperature (max. 100°C) – definitely use a damp cloth between the iron and coat (avoid the fur lining!).
Alternatively: Lay the coat flat on a level surface and carefully roll it up – let it sit for 12 hours to reduce creases.
